- Registration is required for all attendees.
- Substitutions may be made in advance through the registration system.
- By attending, participants agree to a professional, respectful environment for all attendees, speakers, and sponsors.
- Event details, schedule, and speakers are subject to change.
- Additional policies (including cancellation and conduct) are available on the conference website.
Registration modifications are permitted until Monday, August 24, 2026 at 6:00 PM
Registration cancellations will be accepted until Saturday, August 01, 2026 at 6:00 PM
Cancellation Policy:
Cancellation, Refund & Credit Policy
Registration edits (including substitutions) may be made until August 24, 2026 at 6:00 PM.
Registrants may cancel their registration through the event system up to August 1, 2026 at 6:00 PM. Cancellations received on or before this deadline are eligible for a refund, less a $100 administrative fee. Cancellations received after this deadline are not eligible for a refund. In lieu of a refund, late cancellations will receive a credit in the amount of their registration - less a $200 administrative fee - toward the next Western Benefits Conference.
Please note:
Cancellation of a registration does not automatically trigger a refund or credit. Eligible refunds or credits will be processed manually following the cancellation.
