Several proposals are already circulating, including enhanced auto-enrollment features, lowering the minimum age for ERISA plan participation to 18, and permitting CITs in 403(b) plans. Bob will discuss the status of current retirement plan legislation and its potential impact on plan sponsors, service providers, and participants. He will also share insights into regulatory priorities related to outstanding issues under SECURE 2.0 and other laws affecting retirement plans.
